We’re excited to invite you to our DiscoverEU Meetup: Vienna Calling! – 2025 Edition

All costs are covered: accommodation, meals, workshops, activities, guided tours, and public transport during the event.

Places are limited to 30 participants, so be sure to register early!

To attend the DiscoverEU Meetup: Vienna Calling! – 2025 Edition, which will take place from 20 to 22 June 2025, please complete the online registration form linked below.

Once you’ve submitted the form, you will receive an email confirming that your registration was successful. However, please note that successful registration does NOT guarantee participation. We will contact you separately to verify your identity and confirm your attendance at the Meetup.

As the number of participants is limited, registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis in the order they are received.

Registration will close on 20 May 2025, or earlier if the maximum number of participants is reached.

• This Meetup is primarily intended for DiscoverEU participants who will be travelling in Austria during the event dates.

• DiscoverEU Ambassadors based in Austria are also welcome to join; however, priority will be given to participants coming from other countries.

• In addition, DiscoverEU applicants on the waiting list are eligible to apply, but priority will be given to confirmed Travel Pass holders who will use their pass to travel to Austria.

By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Accommodation, meals, and local transportation during the Meetup will be provided exclusively to confirmed participants.

• Travel to and from the Meetup location is the sole responsibility of the participants.

• Participants are resposible for their own personal insurance coverage for the duration of the event as well as for their travel to and from the venue.

• OeAD may take photographs and video recordings during the event, in accordance with its legitimate interest in documenting and promoting the event, and to fulfil its legally mandated public relations responsibilities.

• The data provided by participants will be processed and stored for purposes related to the organisation of the event, including communication of event details, transmission of materials, event execution and documentation (e.g., participant lists), and post-event evaluation.
