Re-Treat: A Creative Space for Change

To empower youth workers and professionals working with young people by enhancing their well-being. Through a blend of graphic facilitation, outdoor experiences, and reflective practices, it focuses on personal growth, creativity, and connection in a safe and supportive environment.
Objectives:
- Enhance Well-Being - Equip youth workers and educators to nurture their personal and professional well-being, promoting resilience and self-care.
- Equipping with Practical Tools and Methods: Introduce graphic facilitation techniques and methods to spark creativity and foster innovative approaches in their work with young people.
- Foster Personal Growth Through Reflection: Create dedicated spaces for self-reflection, enabling participants to explore their experiences, values, and goals for personal and professional development.
- Incorporate Outdoor Practices Utilize outdoor experiences to inspire mindfulness, encourage a connection with nature, and provide a fresh perspective on personal and professional challenges.
Participant profile:
This activity is designed for youth work and education practitioners: active youth workers, trainers, NGO workers, young leaders, volunteers working with youth, or teachers.
Participants have to be over 18 years old and able to follow the training course and work in English.

Accommodation and food
Thanks to funding from the Erasmus+ program through the Slovak National Agency, all costs for food, accommodation, and course materials will be covered during the course.

There is no participation fee.
Travel reimbursement
In line with Erasmus+ rules, the costs of your international travel will be covered up to the following amounts, based on the distance from your place of residence to the training venue (as verified by the Erasmus+ distance calculator). Any costs exceeding these amounts must be covered by you.
Here is an overview of the distance bands and the corresponding reimbursement amounts for travel:
10 – 99 km: €28
100 – 499 km: €211
500 – 1,999 km: €309
2,000 – 2,999 km: €395
3,000 – 3,999 km: €580
We reimburse only public transport, 2nd class fares. Taxi is not refundable, as well as transport by private cars.
