TC Winter 25 - Adventure and Experiential Practices for Inner Readiness

Join us for TC Winter 25 - Adventure and Experiential Practices for Inner Readiness, a training course held from February 21 to 28, 2025, in the beautiful setting of Soriano nel Cimino, Italy. The activities will be designed to engage participants on physical, cognitive, and emotional levels. They will be outdoor-based and highly challenging.

This program is designed for 25 youth workers and volunteers passionate about non-formal education and eager to integrate adventure-based and experiential learning methods into their work. Through immersive outdoor experiences and reflective practices, participants will learn to empower young people to develop essential life skills, all while enhancing their own readiness and resilience.

Objectives: 

• Personal Discovery and Growth: Engage in immersive experiences designed to help participants uncover and strengthen their personal strengths while recognizing and understanding their limits.
• Theoretical and Practical Insights: Receive in-depth theoretical input on models used in experiential education, including group dynamics, program planning, facilitation techniques, and reflective practices. These insights will provide a foundation for applying experiential methods effectively in youth work.
• Network Building for Experiential Organizations: Strengthen and expand the network of organizations dedicated to experiential education, fostering collaboration and sharing of best practices to enhance the impact of experiential-based approaches across organizations.

After the question-gathering phase, we will take one week to evaluate the profiles best suited to achieve the project objectives. Participants will receive an email with the next steps to follow and the final infopack for the project.

Everything will be provided by the hosting organization for free
