"Online workshop presenting the Busthink project results, focusing on empowering migrant entrepreneurs over 50 through innovative methodologies, digital skills development, and collaborative learning to support small-scale business ventures in Europe."

Description

The online workshop aims to present the results of the Busthink project, which focuses on empowering migrant entrepreneurs over 50 through innovative learning methodologies and digital skills development. The project addresses the unique challenges faced by older migrants starting small-scale business ventures in Europe and supports their integration into the local business culture.

The workshop will explore the "Agile Business Design" methodology developed for the project, which helps participants to adapt quickly to new contexts and achieve business goals at minimal costs. The event will also showcase successful case studies from Spain, Belgium, and Italy, highlighting real-life examples of overcoming barriers to entrepreneurship.

Targeted at professionals working in non-formal learning, youth work, and adult education, the workshop will provide practical insights into training older migrants and developing their entrepreneurial skills. Participants will learn about the digital tools and collaborative learning approaches used to facilitate the entrepreneurial journey and gain valuable takeaways for applying these techniques in their own training programs.

Attendees will have the opportunity to  ask questions, and discuss best practices for supporting older migrant entrepreneurs. The workshop is an excellent opportunity for those interested in non-formal education, social inclusion, and entrepreneurship to expand their knowledge and network with like-minded professionals.
