Youth Exchanges (Action K152 of the Erasmus + / Youth Programme) offer young people from different countries the opportunity to meet, interact, and learn together.

AIM
The aim of this training course is to empower young people who wish to implement a Youth Exchange in the framework of the mobility project KA152 of the Erasmus+/Youth Programme. As well as to provide a networking space between participants.
In this context, the Hellenic National Agency is organizing a Project Lab, where participants will be introduced to Youth Exchanges and will be guided by experienced trainers through an interactive and participatory methodology in proposal writing.
OBJECTIVES
- Understanding the principles of non-formal and experiential learning as key principles of the Programme.
- Gaining in-depth understanding of Youth Exchanges and the opportunities provided to young people within the Erasmus+ / Youth programme.
- Developing competence for the quality design, management, and implementation of Youth Exchanges (teamwork and group management, project management, intercultural awareness, learning processes).
- Acquiring practical knowledge on how to write Youth Exchange proposals based on quality criteria.
- Creating a space for networking, collaboration, and peer learning.
PARTICIPANTS PROFILE
Participants should:
- be Young people aged 18-30
- have the linguistic ability to communicate in English

DATE & PLACE
The activity will take place in Kommeno, Corfu, Greece (Rodostamo Hotel & Spa, 3 Kyknon str. , Kommeno, Corfu 491 00).
All participants will be accommodated in twin rooms.
Accommodation and food
The hosting NA will organise the accommodation and cover the costs for accommodation and food.

This project is financed by the participating National Agencies (NAs) of the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps Programme. The participation fee varies from country to country.
