This Partnership Building Activity (PBA) is specifically designed to unlock the potential of Erasmus+ Mobility of Youth Workers (KA153-YOU). The activity provides a dynamic space for youth workers and project managers to connect, share realities and develop concrete project ideas.
The primary focus of this PBA is to foster meaningful connections that will pave the way for future Study Visits, Job Shadowing, Youth Worker Exchanges and Peer Learning assignments. By participating, you will have the opportunity to find reliable partners, brainstorm innovative project concepts and build the foundation for impactful staff mobility formats.
Expected Results & Objectives:
By the end of this activity, we aim to achieve the following:
- High-Quality Applications: Facilitate the development of new, high-quality KA153-YOU project applications with a strong emphasis on staff exchange and mobility activities.
- Sustainable Partnerships: Establish long-term, reliable collaborations and networking channels between diverse youth work organizations.
- Methodological Exchange: Create a solid foundation for future peer learning, job shadowing, and the exchange of best practices in youth work.
Target Group Profile:
This activity is for highly motivated Youth Workers and Project Managers who:
- Are actively planning to develop and submit a KA153-YOU application in the upcoming Erasmus+ deadlines.
- Are strongly committed to executing staff mobility activities (Study Visits, Job Shadowing, Youth Worker Exchanges and Peer Learning) within their organizations.
- Have the organizational mandate and capacity to build new international partnerships.
- Are willing to actively participate, share their organizational realities and engage in peer-to-peer learning in a non-formal environment.
- Able to communicate in English.
Accommodation and food
The hosting NA of this offer will organise/cover the accommodation, programme and food.
The accommodation will be in single rooms.

Travel reimbursement
FOR ERASMUS+ PROGRAM COUNTRIES
The NA of your country of residence will reimburse your travel costs. Before applying, please contact the NA in your country of residence to confirm if they are willing to cover your travel expenses for this activity.
FOR PARTNER COUNTRIES
Turkish National Agency will reimburse travel expenses of participants from partner countries. Details will be sent to those who are selected.
