Registration deadline: 1. October 2026

This training introduces a Self-Assessment Tool for Quality Work with Young People developed in Malta, enabling participants to explore quality assurance, reflective practice, and the exchange of good practices.

Description

This international training activity aims to introduce and promote a Self-Assessment Tool for Quality Work with Young People developed in Malta, while strengthening the capacity of youth organisations to embed quality assurance into their everyday practice. Through interactive workshops, peer learning, and practical exercises, participants will develop skills in reflective practice, evaluation, and participatory quality assurance processes.

The activity is designed for youth workers, organisation leaders, NGO managers, board members, and representatives of National Agencies and umbrella bodies who support quality development in the youth sector. It will provide a space to exchange tools, approaches, and evidence-based strategies from different countries, fostering organisational learning, accountability, and continuous improvement.

By the end of the training, participants will have increased their capacity to assess and enhance the quality of their work, gained practical experience in using quality assurance tools applicable within the Erasmus+ Youth Programme and beyond, developed draft organisational action plans and evidence portfolios, and established new partnerships that could lead to future KA2 cooperation projects focused on organisational development.
