Rising Horizons is an international training course, where youth workers will be introduced to essential tools for personal development, grounded in self-awareness and cognitive growth.

Rising Horizons is an international training course designed specifically for youth workers, focused on essential tools for self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and leadership. This program offers an opportunity to engage in powerful personal growth while equipping you with practical skills to guide others.

What You’ll Gain:

Self-Reflection Techniques: Through guided reflective exercises, you'll explore your own strengths, thought patterns, and personal values. This process of self-awareness is key to building a foundation for effective leadership.

Coaching Skills: You’ll learn practical coaching techniques that can be applied to both your personal development and your work with youth. Set meaningful goals, overcome obstacles, and develop strategies for continuous growth.

Participation fee

Based on your experience throughout the project you can decide at the end of the stage how much you want to contribute. It will be a decision of each participant to evaluate how beneficial the whole project was for your personal and professional life and how would you like to reward it. This is also part of your personal development.

Financial contribution of selected participants varies between 50-80 EUR for the stage. It will be paid on the stage in cash (EUR/CZK).
