Mit dem Klimaschutz-Bündnis „Education for Climate Coalition“ will die Europäische Kommission die Bildungs-Community mobilisieren, damit sie sich in einer Bottum-up-Bewegung für das Erreichen der Klimaneutralität engagiert.

Die Initiative ergänzt andere Übergangsmaßnahmen zum europäischen Grünen Deal, wie etwa den Europäischen Klimapakt.
