OeAD as a strong partner of the Academic Cooperation Association (ACA)

The anniversary was celebrated in Brussels on 10 and 11 October 2023 within the framework of a ceremony attended by stakeholders and guests from the whole European higher education landscape and beyond. Inclusion – diversity – digitisation and the global big picture of internationalisation were some of the topics of discussion on these two days.

Representatives of education and internationalisation agencies from 25 countries came together to look back and forward. In recent years the ACA has increasingly become a strong counterpart to the European Commission: Through statements on current issues, policy papers and the implementation of Erasmus+ "Training and Cooperation Activities" in staff mobility or inclusion it has become a highly innovative player in European higher education.
