Erna Aslan-Schümatschek unterrichtet am Bernoulli Gymnasium die Fächer Biologie und Chemie. Sie ist Teil des Projektteams des Erasmus+ Partnerschaftsprojekts "Bioeconomy4future". Gemeinsam mit Lehrer/innen und Schüler/innen der Partnerschulen aus Spanien und Tschechien findet ein Austausch zu den vielfältigen Möglichkeiten einer nachhaltigen Ökonomie statt. Gegenseitige Besuche an den Heimatschulen sind Teil des Projektes.
