BUDUĆNOST STRUČNOG OBRAZOVANJA: ZAJEDNIČKA ODGOVORNOST

LOKACIJA

Hotel Zenica, Kamberovića čikma bb, 72 000 Zenica

REGISTRACIJA

Učesnici se ljubazno mole da ispune i dostave prijavu što je ranije moguće ali ne kasnije od 6. oktobra 2025. godine, do kraja radnog dana.

PUTNI TROŠKOVI

Troškove prijevoza za sve sudionike/ice sastanka snosi organizator, i to u visini cijene karte javnog prijevoza. 

SMEŠTAJ

Smještaj i obroci će biti obezbijeđeni u Hotelu Zenica (počev od večere 13., a završavajući ručkom 15. oktobra)

Troškove za minibar, servis u sobi i neke druge hotelske usluge snose učesnici sami.

Ukoliko se prijavite za događaj i rezervišete smještaj u hotelu, a ipak ne budete u mogućnosti da prisustvujete, molimo Vas da nas o tome obavijestite najkasnije 3 dana prije početka događaja. U suprotnom, organizator može biti prinuđen da Vam proslijedi troškove smještaja koje hotel zaračuna zbog nedolaska.

PRIKUPLJENI PODACI

Vaši lični podaci koristit će se samo za potrebe interne i eksterne revizije Njemačke razvojne saradnje (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH), Austrijske agencije za obrazovanje i internacionalizaciju (OeAD), Regional Challenge Fund (RCF) i GOPA Worldwide Consultants (GOPA). Podaci će se pohranjivati 10 godina na internim serverima GIZ-a/OeAD-a/RCF-a/GOPA-e/SDC-a. Svaka druga upotreba vaših podataka uvijek će biti podložna daljnjem pristanku. Vaši podaci neće se koristiti u reklamne svrhe i neće se dijeliti trećim stranama.

SUDJELOVANJEM NA KONFERENCIJI POTVRĐUJETE SUGLASNOST ZA:

Saglasan/na sam da se video snimci i fotografije u vezi sa ovim događajem koriste u GIZ-ovom; OeAD-ovom; GOPA-inom; RCF-ovom i SDC-ovom PR radu (brošure, prezentacije, web stranice, medijski članci, objave na društvenim mrežama). Snimci i slike neće se komercijalno koristiti. U skladu sa prethodno navedenim izjavama saglasan/na sam da GIZ/OeAD/GOPA/RCF/SDC pohranjuje i koristi moje podatke. Predočena saglasnost važi i u slučaju da se moji podaci i ne koriste.

Saglasan/na sam da se lista učesnika koja sadrži imena, nazive organizacija, e-mail adrese stavi na raspolaganje i ostalim učesnicima, te da GIZ/OeAD/GOPA/RCF/SDC koristi moje kontakt podatke navedene u listi učesnika u svrhu komuniciranja i slanja pozivnica za iduće događaje koje budu organizovao.

VENUE

REGISTRATION

Participants are kindly asked to fill in and submit the registration form as early as possible, but not later than 6^th October 2025 by the end of business day.

TRAVEL COSTS

Organisers will reimburse travel expenses in the amount of a public transport ticket. 

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation and meals will be provided at Hotel Zenica (starting with dinner on the 13th and finishing with lunch on the 15th)

The costs of mini bar, room service and other hotel services will have to be covered by the participants.

If you register for the event and book accommodation in the hotel, but are ultimately unable to attend, please inform us no later than 3 days before the start of the event. Otherwise, the organizer may be obliged to pass on to you the accommodation costs charged by the hotel due to non-attendance.

DATA COLLECTION

Your personal data will only be used for internal and external audit purposes by GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit), OeAD (Austria's Agency for Education and Internationalization ), RCF (Regional Challenge Fund) and GOPA (GOPA Worldwide Consultants). The data will be stored for 10 years on GIZ's/OeAD's/GOPA‘s/RCF’s/SDC’s internal servers. Any other use of your data will always be subject to further consent. Your data will not be used for advertising purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONFERENCE, YOU CONFIRM YOUR CONSENT TO:

I agree that videos and photos related to this event are used in GIZ's/OeADs/GOPAs/RCF/SDCs PR work (brochures, presentations, websites, media articles, social media posts). Recordings and images will not be used commercially. In accordance with the aforementioned statements, I agree that GIZ/OeAD/GOPA/RCF stores and uses my data. The given consent is valid even if my data is not used. 

I agree that the list of participants, which contains names, names of organizations, e-mail addresses, is made available to other participants, and that GIZ/OeAD/GOPA/RCF/SDC uses my contact information listed in the list of participants for the purpose of communicating and sending invitations for future events that will be organized.
